This website is owned and operated by Nassau Pressure Wash LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Grime Task Force (“Grime Task Force,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using this website or any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Certain features, purchases, and content require creating an account.

Some products may be drop shipped directly from suppliers. Local pickup may be available by appointment and is subject to product availability and operational constraints.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, Apple Pay, Affirm financing, and recurring subscription billing where applicable.

By selecting Affirm, you agree to Affirm’s terms and conditions, which are separate from Grime Task Force. We are not responsible for financing decisions, approvals, or disputes related to third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or pricing errors.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Physical products may be returnable only if new, unused, and unopened

Chemicals are non-returnable

Digital products, memberships, and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable

5. Digital Products, Memberships, and Access-Based Services

Digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and access-based services are governed by our Digital Products and Membership Policy, which further defines access rights, restrictions, and usage limitations.

By purchasing digital or access-based products, you acknowledge that delivery occurs immediately upon purchase and waive any right to refunds where permitted by law.

6. Education, Training, and Certifications

All education, training, consulting, and materials provided by Grime Task Force are for informational and educational purposes only. They are intended to assist businesses in developing their own policies and processes based on our experience and do not constitute professional, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

Users assume all responsibility and risk related to:

Work performed

Equipment operation

Chemical handling

Physical activity

Implementation of training or consulting recommendations

Certifications issued represent completion only and do not guarantee competence, compliance, safety, or results.

Additional terms may apply to specific courses, events, or certifications.

7. Assumption of Risk

By accessing or using the Services, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with equipment use, chemical application, physical activity, and reliance on training or consulting materials, whether delivered online or in person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, videos, courses, software, branding, and materials, is the exclusive property of Nassau Pressure Wash LLC DBA Grime Task Force.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or used commercially without explicit written permission. Where permission is granted, Grime Task Force branding must remain visible, intact, and unaltered.

9. User Content and Reviews

Users may submit reviews, uploads, or other content. By submitting content, you grant Grime Task Force a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You represent that you own or have lawful rights to all content submitted.

10. SaaS Services and Data Storage

Current and future software and SaaS services will be subscription-based. User data will be stored for the duration of the account and retained for up to 30 days following cancellation.

Users are solely responsible for exporting their data prior to account closure. After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the website or Services, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, abuse of credentials, infringement of intellectual property, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Disclaimers

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grime Task Force and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grime Task Force from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be addressed directly with Grime Task Force. If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Florida before pursuing litigation.

Class actions are prohibited.

Jury trials are waived.

Any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida and governed by Florida law.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive texts from Nassau Pressure Wash LLC DBA Grime Task Force about your estimates, appointments, job updates, invoices, payments, and replies to your questions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
